We’re thrilled that you’re here and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to welcome you and your family as honored guests at our church. Our Sunday gatherings play a pivotal role in fulfilling our mission. It’s a time where we unite around the teachings of the Bible, fostering community, and uplifting one another in faith. The central focus of our worship service is the preaching of God’s Word. This is when we receive instruction from God through His written Word. The pulpit ministry of Bethel Baptist Church is expositional; the preacher is committed to drawing out the author’s intended meaning from the text and offering clear, practical, and straightforward application. We go verse by verse in order to ensure we hear the whole counsel of God’s Word. The rest of our worship service is filled with Scripture reading, prayer, musical worship, and celebration of the Lord’s Supper. You will find that our musical worship contains God-honoring and Christ-exalting lyrics allowing us to respond to God for who He is and what He has done through His Son, Jesus Christ. We are so excited to meet you and want to welcome you to Bethel Baptist Church.

We meet at the Oakhill Day School Gym

At the end of October, we made the decision to end a long history at our current property of Bethel Baptist Church to fit our entire congregation into one service. It is with great excitement that we look forward to the memories and plans God has for us in the future. The fact that we have moved points us to the hope that God is still alive at Bethel Baptist Church and still has work for us to do as we await our final and permanent home in heaven. Our new location is located in Gladstone, MO in the Oakhill Day School Gymnasium. We have parking signs and an entrance sign located at the school so you can make your way to the Gym entrance. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday morning!

Schedule

On Sundays, Bethel gathers for worship at 10:30 am in the Oakhill Day School’s gym. Before our worship service, we encourage everyone to attend a Sunday School class at 9:15 am. These classes are small groups that meet for the purpose of discipleship through the equipping of one another in the word of God.

Childcare

We provide a nursery for infants and children 0-4 years during the 9:15 am Sunday School hour as well as the 10:30 am Worship service. Sunday School classes are available at 9:15 am for children and teens, 5 years – 12th grade as well. Just follow the signs to our Bethel Kids check-in table.

Parking

We have created a diagram for our meeting location at Oak Hill Day School to help with parking. We have a Visitors Parking Lot, General Parking Lot, and Handicap Parking on different sides of the building. Signs will be displayed to help as well. Please use the Gym Entrance to enter the building for Sunday service.

The central focus of our worship service is the preaching of God's Word. Please enjoy a previous Sunday sermon to get a sense of what Sunday service will be like.
